On the 23rd of September 2023, Mukono’s GZZAD MUSIC organizes ghetto youth for a historical jam session, first of its kind in Mukono and the ghetto history dubbing the jam session Ghetto Fest.
The CAMPUSER hit maker believes that talent in Mukono (ghetto in particular) is yet to conquer the African community and the world at large. This comes after he (GZZAD MUSIC) successfully managed to embrace the ghetto talented people in Mukono, groom and mentor them inline with there particular talents i.e. music, dancing, deejaying, art and crafting, painting arts etc, building the foundation on respect, togetherness and one love.
I was born in Mukono here and i can frankly tell you that i’ve never seen some thing like this before ever since i started loving and following up on the music industry, i see unite and one love for sure.
The Ghetto Fest is one of there ghetto initiatives in Mukono creating platform for the ghetto people to showcase there talents. The festival happens annually, different talented ghetto youths from different ghettoes around Mukono and the neighborhood links up for a jam session and many more activities as far as Art is concerned, creators showcase there crafts without being discriminated.
