Born on September 23, 1998, in Mukono, Uganda, GZZAD rose to stardom as a university student making statements in response to criticism and disrespect within the school community and later expanded to the outside-school community catching attentions of big people in Mbale music industry. He started doing professional music in Mbale town through a classmate connection to a local producer; Emmavil Danz at JAM Records recording songs like Meditation, Campuser, Do me in 2017, since then Gzzad Music has registered a steady progress as far as music is concerned.

GZZAD has worked with professinal creators like; Don Meddy (Elgon Phix), Emmavil Dans (JAM Records), Ronnie Vybz (Epic Music), Syrus Clouds (Wicked Music), Gishu Prince (Traffic Filmz), Alexander Muge OI The Greate, McoBits (Oracal Records, to mention but a few.
